Yes, every piece of silver we produce is independently tested and hallmarked at the London Assay Office, ensuring the purity and quality of the sterling silver.
Can I have my jewellery or silverware engraved?
We offer a professional in-house engraving service on many of our products. You can add personalized names, dates, or messages directly on the product page before adding to your cart.
How long does shipping take?
Standard UK delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. For urgent gifts, we offer a Next Day Delivery service for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please note that personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
