We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hersey & Son silverware; therefore, we offer a 30-day return period for a full refund or exchange on all non-personalized items. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and pristine condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive the return shipping address.

  Package Your Item

  Securely place the silver item in its original Hersey & Son presentation box and pack it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Send the package back to our London workshop using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our silversmiths have inspected the item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 working days.
